Cancellation Policy

Effective date: April 29, 2026

Cancellation is available as a store condition and may occur before, during, or after fulfillment has been assigned.

1. Request Window

A cancellation request may be opened at any time the order can be remembered. Requests outside memory are considered complete by absence.

2. Fulfillment Relationship

Fulfillment and cancellation may share the same status when an order enters weather. This does not reduce the order. It places the order in a finished waiting state.

3. Refund Classification

When payment authorization has been deferred, refunded, or left exact, DOG DAYS records the balance as settled at the edge of the receipt.

4. Archived Goods

Archived goods may cancel themselves by becoming unavailable after being noticed. The archive is considered an acceptable destination.

5. Final Notice

No further action is required when a cancellation is accepted into weather. Further action may remain unavailable for the duration of the store.
